If you press the “Sync” button it will download it to your device.  After syncing the button should change to “Play” enabling you to play the track.  You can also play the song by tapping “My Library” from the main menu.

If you subscribe to the monthly service you will not see ads.  As of right now we do not have a way to remove ads without paying for the monthly service, but we will look into providing an option to disable ads since this isn’t the first time we’ve had this question.  Thanks!

Anonymous asked: Good Morning and Happy New Year! I have an account with Karaoke Anywhere, and I pay a monthly subscription. When I am using the software, it says "No Active Subscription", but I pay $9.99/month for Platinum. Can anyone help? I have tried to login, but it seems my password is wrong. When I select forgot password and enter my email address, it says that it sent me a password, but I have never received it!

The first thing to try is tapping the “Help” button within the app and then tapping the link that says it will restore purchases.  Normally this is all you need to do to relink your accounts.  If that still doesn’t fix your issue, submit the Help form within the application to send a message directly to our support staff.

Anonymous asked: How do I turn off the microphone

The best way to disable the microphone would be to start playing a song, tap the screen to bring up the controls, click the “FX” button, and then move the volume slider all the way to the left.  This will mute the microphone, effectively disabling it.

Your setting will be remembered so you should only have to do this once.
